MLFNS-D was established in 2005 with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, enrolling the children of foreign nationals legally residing in China, residents of Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Regions, and Taiwan who are legally residing in Liaoning province, as well as the children of Chinese citizens legally settled abroad. Our school is a Foreign Nationals School for providing students with an immersive English teaching. 

MLFNS-Dalian is an IB candidate school for the Primary Years Programme and Middle Years Programme and is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. Candidate status does not guarantee that authorization will be granted.
