MLFNS-D was established in 2005 with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, enrolling the children of foreign nationals legally residing in China, residents of Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Regions, and Taiwan who are legally residing in Liaoning province, as well as the children of Chinese citizens legally settled abroad. Our school is a Foreign Nationals School for providing students with an immersive English teaching. 

Beginning in 2025, Maple Leaf Education Group’s foreign nationals schools have comprehensively adopted the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum system, covering the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for elementary education and the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for secondary education.
